Kingston, Jamaica (January 15, 2025) -The Lions Club of Mona made a courtesy call on the Principal of The University of the West Indies, Mona, Professor Densil A. Williams, during which they presented a scholarship to support students with special needs.

In presenting the award, President of the Lions Club of Mona, Dr. Olivene Burke remarked, “It is my pleasure to advise that our Board of Directors has reaffirmed our commitment to assisting students with special needs through financial support for their education. This year, we are proud to provide the Lions Club of Mona Scholarship for Students with Special Needs.
